Understand business problems, processes and opportunities in the context of the requirements and recommend solutions that enable the organization to achieve its goals.
Deliver daily production support and also assist with enhancements to the Oracle EBS modules.
Identify business improvement opportunities, in consultation with the business.
Review and maintain existing configurations/setups and make corrections and changes as needed.
Provide training and presentation to business department for new systems;
Design solutions which meet project management and implementation methodologies.
Qualifications / Skills Required:
Bachelor or Master Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent
Eight Years or more of progressively responsible related experience in Oracle ERP implementation projects as a consultant, or analyst.
Having knowledge in Oracle HRMS, Financial & Procurement modules.
Hands-On experience with Oracle PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Reports, XML Publisher, OAF , workflow development.
Experience in Customization/extension of work flows, interfaces, forms, personalization and good exposure to RICE components.
Experience with creating, documenting, and executing test plans
Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously among changing priorities
Candidates should possess good communication / presentation capabilities and analytical skills.
