Responsible for the development and enhancement of effective and forward looking human resource strategies , policies and procedures related to QEWC
Provide a professional service accross the company on human resources policies, procedures and actions required to ensure that employees are effectively managed and developed
Develop and maintain effective human resources planning and information systems to assist senior management in taking strategic decisions regarding human resources.
Develop and maintain appropriate recruitment and selection system
Enhance the development of effective performance management system, reward system,
To ensure that the training policy is implemented and that the trainees are recieiving the necessary training to enable them to carry their duties effectively
7. Encourage and maintain good employee relations
8. Maintain cost effective and up to date adminstrative system within the Human Resources Department
9. Develop ,Direct, motivate and manage the staff of the Human Resources ensure that they undertake their responsibilities effectively and within policies and procedures
10. To encourage and enhance the use of available technology
11- To enhance communication accross QEWC and ensure that employees are maintaining effective communication skills
12- Initiate imporovement of systems and porcedures and suggest to management the best practice.
